Product Summary
Available in chocolate peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie dough flavors, the Legion Athletic Protein Bar is made with 100% natural ingredients. Each bar contains 20 grams of protein derived from whey and milk proteins. In addition, Legion bars are packed with 9 grams of prebiotic fiber in the form of chicory root fiber and soluble tapioca fiber, 24 grams of carbs, and 12 grams of fat from healthy plant foods including cassava, almonds, sunflower, and tapioca.
These bars are sweetened with sugar, erythritol, monk fruit extract, and stevia. While many consumers liked the sweet taste, noting that they taste like candy, some people found them too sweet and did not appreciate the added sugar. There are also a few complaints that the bars are too hard to chew.
Legion bars are made in NSF-certified, FDA-inspected, and cGMP-compliant facilities. They are lab tested for purity and potency. The high-quality does come with a higher price tag, however.
