Product Summary
The Nike Pegasus Trail 4 GORE-TEX is the trail running version of the popular Pegasus running shoe.
This shoe features waterproof GORE-TEX along the upper to help keep you dry on your runs and walks. There is also a high ankle gaiter to help keep water and debris out of the shoe. The rubber outsole wraps around the front of the shoe to improve durability, and the traction pattern in the forefoot provides extra grip for trails while still being smooth enough for road running. There is a Nike React technology midsole, a light and durable foam that Nike claims creates a smooth ride while providing stability.
The Pegasus Trail 4 has limited but extremely positive reviews. Customers found the shoe to be breathable, lightweight, and great on and off trails. They liked the snug fit and the high ankle gaiter. Customer complaints included that the shoe runs small—Nike recommends ordering a half size larger than your usual shoe size. There were also complaints about excessive GORE-TEX branding on the shoe.
