The ingredients in this powder are USDA organic and free from GMOs, gluten, lactose, added sugars, and artificial ingredients. 

Reviewers liked the wide variety of flavor options. Some reviewers did find that the flavors could be too strong and unnatural. Customers said it mixed well and was also great in smoothies. Some reviewers experienced upset stomachs including gas, bloating and cramping, after using the protein.
