Garmin’s trackable metrics include basic measurements such as calories burned, VO2 max, and heart rate—similar to the Apple Watch Series 10—but the watch’s abilities in other, more specific sports like cycling, hiking, and swimming provide additional readouts catering to specific workouts. Of course, though, while we trust the metrics available through either watch face, we do recommend taking the data with a grain of salt.
