  • Available in multiple sizes

  • Level of grip positively reviewed by customers

Cons

  • Over $15 per pair of socks
  • Largest size goes up to women’s size 10
  • Limited customer reviews
  • Only available in one color
  • Care information not listed

Bottom Line

Pointe Studio Happy Full Foot Grip Socks received that name for the smiley face featured on the socks. There are very limited reviews but they are extremely positive. Customers found the socks comfortable and very grippy. They did wish the socks were available in more colors and designs.

The Happy Full Foot Grip Socks from Pointe Studio are our top pick for best Pilates grip socks mainly due to the 5-out-of-5-star rating for workout performance. GGR Editor Frieda Johnson says the Pointe Studio socks quickly became her favorite socks to use for yoga and floor exercises.

Frieda is both a yoga enthusiast and an ISSA-Certified Specialist in Exercise Therapy. She tested multiple pairs of Pilates socks during our assessment process and she’s an experienced product tester, assessing everything from some of the best workout apps for women to the best running leggings

“They grip very well and my feet move inside the socks less than with the other yoga socks I’ve tried. The grips cover all the way from the toes to the heel,” says Frieda. Our testers found that full-foot silicone grips performed better than partial coverage.

Frieda likes that the Pointe Studio socks feature a smiley face, lettuce edge hem, and are available in two sizes. These socks not only look cool—and earned a 5-star rating for appearance—Frieda also gave these socks a 5-star rating for durability. “They are made from a high-quality and breathable cotton, nylon, and spandex blend. I don’t see any obvious areas where these socks could wear out quickly,” she says.

Pointe Studio has a variety of ankle-length socks to choose from in addition to crew socks, no-show socks socks for barre and yoga, and less-grippy running socks. The Happy Full Foot Grip Socks are among the brand’s best selling items.

Best for Men

Bombas Gripper Ankle Socks

GGR Score: 4.5 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Ankle sock with Bombas’s signature honeycomb arch support
  • Polka dot stay-put grips on sole
  • Features a blister tab and cushioned foot pad
  • Seamless toe and Y-stitched heel
  • Bombas is a certified B corp

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Available in 3 sizes with large size range (men’s 6-16, women’s 4-13)
  • Bombas donates a pair of socks for every pair purchased
  • Machine wash and dry
  • Happiness Guarantee - Free returns, exchanges, and replacements

Cons

  • Only available in black
  • Not durable according to customer reviews
  • Mixed reviews on comfort and grippiness

Bottom Line

Bombas Ankle gripper socks feature the same construction as typical Bombas socks but add anti-slip grips on the bottom of the sock. There were mixed reviews on the comfort and grippiness of the socks. Some customers shared that they were their favorite grip socks. Others found them uncomfortable because the socks were too thin. If you find you do not like the socks you are covered by the Happiness Guarantee and can return, exchange, or replace them.

Bombas Gripper Ankle Socks are an excellent choice for men’s sizing, with three options (medium, large, and extra large) that can accommodate US men’s shoes size 6 through 16. GGR Staff Writer Matt Dustin says these gripper socks have a classic Bombas style with honeycomb arch support.

Matt says these socks not only fit great, they look cool, too. The honeycomb-style compression around the arch offers some visual interest on an otherwise fairly basic sock, which is why he gave these socks a 5-star rating for appearance.

When it comes to durability, he scored the Bombas socks 5 out of 5 stars. “I’ve only worn these a handful of times for testing, but based on my experience with other Bombas socks, these will last for years. Bombas are definitely the most durable socks I own,” he says.

These low-rise ankle socks have a blister tab, cushioned footbed, and seamless toe area. They are made from Supima cotton (a high-quality and stretchy type of cotton), polyester, nylon, and elastane.

When it comes to workout performance, Matt scored the Bombas socks 4 out of 5 stars. He experienced a little bit of shifting inside the sock, but notes that they are very grippy. “I don’t do Pilates workouts per se, but I wore these for home workouts and bodyweight exercises,” Matt explains. “The grippiness may take some getting used to, even walking around on hardwood floors feels a bit weird.”

Best Cushioned Pilates Socks: Busy Socks Non-Slip

Good for: Anyone who wants cushioned, stretchy socks with tons of grip

Best Cushioned

Busy Socks Non-Slip Cushioned

GGR Score: 4.4 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • No show socks with ankle tab
  • Hexagon silicone grips
  • Designed for home use, yoga, pilates, dance, etc.
  • Breathable mesh panels
  • Compression arch support
  • Has a seamless toe box and heel tab
  • Available in 5 colors

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • 5 different colors available
  • More affordable than competitors
  • Machine washable

Cons

  • One size fits most with small size range of 8-11
  • Mixed reviews on fit and grippiness

Bottom Line

The Busy Non-Slip cushioned socks are an affordable no-show grip sock option. They have mixed reviews on the fit. The one size fits most sizing did not fit a lot of customers well. There were complaints of the socks being too stretchy and the grippers staying in place but the sock stretching and moving. Customers that were able to get a good fit liked the performance of the socks.

Busy Socks Non-Slip are both cushioned and sticky. GGR Senior Staff Writer Caine Wilkes thought the Busy Socks performed surprisingly well for how cushioned the socks felt.

He scored the socks 5 out of 5 stars for workout performance saying, “I’ve done mobility exercises and stretching while wearing these, plus just wearing them around the house. I’ve found I don’t slip or slide one bit in these,” says Caine.

The Busy gripper socks have a seamless toe, heel tab, arch compression, and two mesh panels on the top part of the foot for breathability. The bottom features heel-to-toe silica gel grips for maximum traction.

Caine was a little apprehensive about the fit, since these are advertised as one size fits most. He was pleasantly surprised to find out the Busy Socks were very stretchy and fit on his size 14 feet. He scored these socks 5 stars. “I surprisingly liked these,” says Caine.

Caine notes that although he liked wearing them, the Busy Socks are not the coolest socks around. He scored them 3 out of 5 stars for appearance. “The design is OK. The bright white grippy tread looks too much like hospital socks for me to feel very stylish in them,” he says.

That said, Caine approves of the reasonable price point: For $12.99 on Amazon you get two pairs of grippy socks.

Best Moisture Wicking Pilates Socks: lululemon Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks

Good for: Anyone who prefers a thin sock for ultimate breathability

Best Moisture Wicking

Lululemon Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks

GGR Score: 4.1 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • No show socks
  • Grippers on inside and outside of socks
  • Designed specifically for yoga
  • Features breathable fabric
  • Increased heel tab length
  • 360 degree arch support

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Available in multiple sizes
  • Grippers on the inside and outside of the sock
  • Machine washable

Cons

  • Only available in black with gray accents
  • Small size range, largest size is women’s 11
  • Recommended to wash separately and lay flat to dry
  • Very limited and mixed reviews
  • Run small according to reviews
  • Very expensive at over $20 per pair

Bottom Line

The Lululemon Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks were designed specifically for yoga. They feature grippers on the inside and outside of the sock so the sock does not move around on your foot. Customer reviews were extremely mixed with many saying the grip wasn’t good and it is not worth the high price tag.

I personally tested the lululemon Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks and found them to be exceptionally breathable and moisture wicking. These lululemon socks are made from nylon and elastane, a popular blend for activewear that allows clothing to wick moisture and dry quickly.

These lululemon socks are also exceptionally thin, which I appreciate in a pair of socks, but if you’re looking for more cushioning these are not the yoga or barre socks for you. I scored these socks 5 out of 5 stars for fit and compression. These feature 360-degree arch support and exterior grippers from heel to toe.

I also like that these lululemon socks didn’t have big, bulbous silicone grippers. The height on the grippers is very minimal and it didn’t make me feel like I’m walking on beads. I didn’t experience too much sliding on wood or tile floors, but I found I wasn’t as locked-in as other socks I tested. For this reason, I scored the Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks earns 4 out of 5 stars for workout performance.

I scored the durability of the Find Your Balance Studio Tab Socks 4 out of 5 stars. I docked a point because there is an ultra thin mesh panel over the top of the toes, which may be more susceptible to snagging than if there was the nylon blend instead. But, so far I haven’t seen any wear and tear after about a dozen wears and washes.

Best Compression Pilates Socks: Alo Pulse Grip Sock

Good for: Anyone who wants form fitting compression with a luxe look

Best Compression

Alo Women’s Pulse Grip Sock

GGR Score: 4.2 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Socks that hit above the ankle
  • Polka dot silicone grip pattern on bottom
  • Features cushioned toes and heels
  • Compression support around the arch
  • Mesh stripes around the ankle
  • Available in black and white

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Available in multiple sizes
  • Customers liked the appearance of the socks

Cons

  • Expensive at $28 per pair
  • Limited customer reviews
  • No information on proper care
  • Only two colors
  • Not durable according to customer reviews

Bottom Line

The Alo Pulse Grip Socks hit above the ankle and feature two mesh stripes. There are limited reviews but they were consistent. Customers found the socks attractive and liked the mesh detailing. However, customers said the socks were not durable. After a few uses, customers experienced the mesh tearing, holes in the socks, and grippers falling off.

The Alo Pulse Grip Socks are our top pick for anyone looking for compression while wearing Pilates socks. They are constructed from terry cotton, nylon, and lycra and have snug compression ribbing around the arches. Plus, there are mesh stripes around the ankles for a stylish design.

GGR Senior Editor Erin Chancer says the fit and compression earn a 5-out-of-5-star rating. “There is compression in the arch that forms to your foot. These socks fit really well. They also stay up around my ankles,” says Erin.

Plus, Erin scored the Alo Pulse Grip Socks 5 out of 5 stars for appearance. “These are insanely cute and I love the mesh stripes, which show your ankles,” says Erin. “They look lavish—and they are at $28 a pair.”

While Erin likes wearing these grippy socks for yoga and bodyweight exercise, she still thinks $28 is expensive for a pair of socks. “You’re definitely paying for a brand and a certain look,” says Erin, who scored the value of these socks at 2.5 out of 5 stars.

But if the price doesn’t bother you, Erin says these Alo socks provide a legit non-slip experience. She scored the workout performance 4 out of 5 stars. “These socks keep me secure on my hardwood floor and Alo brand yoga mat.

“I was worried they might be ‘too sticky’ and I’d have a hard time moving from one exercise to another, but that wasn’t the case. These have the right amount of grip,” says Erin.

Erin notes that during her testing process, she read through multiple customer reviews mentioning that the socks weren’t grippy enough for Pilates classes that use a Pilates reformer. For her at-home pilates and yoga workouts, she found them to have the appropriate amount of grip.

Best Budget Pilates Socks: Olreco Grip Socks

Good for: Folks looking for grippy socks with an affordable price tag

Best Budget

Olreco Grip Socks

GGR Score: 4.01 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Anti-skid socks ankle socks
  • Polka dot grip pattern on the sole
  • Elastic arch support and padded heel tab
  • Designed for home, hospital, or workouts
  • Available in 3 colors

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • More affordable than competitors
  • Machine washable
  • Available in 2, 3, and 5 packs

Cons

  • Only available in 3 colors
  • No information on which shoe sizes the socks fit
  • Limited customer reviews
  • One size fits most

Bottom Line

The Olreco Grip Socks look like traditional socks but have anti-skid grips on the bottom of the sole. The socks have limited but positive reviews. Customers found them comfortable, grippy, and said they held up well in the wash.

If you’re on the hunt for a basic sock with silicone grips, the Olerco Grip socks are a great value. GGR Editor Frieda Johnson ordered a set of two Olerco Grip Socks on Amazon for $7.99. This price point (essentially $4 per pair) is one of the least expensive pairs of socks we tested, earning a 5-star rating for value.

With a budget price point, you may be wondering about the fit and durability of these socks. Is it worth it to buy if they just fall apart? Frieda says the Olerco socks are fairly durable and scored them 4 out of 5 stars in this category. “They are made from a cotton and polyester blend. They seem reasonably well made, especially for the price. Plus, the socks are soft and well cushioned,” she says.

As for workout performance, the budget-friendly socks earn 3 out of 5 stars. “They’ll work fine for most things. Although my feet did move around inside the socks during some moves more than I’d like,” says Frieda.

She also notes the grippers on the bottom don’t extend as far onto the heel as far as she’d like. “It’s not a dealbreaker, but there were a few times I slipped on my exercise mat a bit and had to compensate,” says Frieda.

And for the budget price, don’t expect anything too fancy. She scored it 3 out of 5 stars for appearance. “These are basic socks. They look fine and come in black, gray, and pink,” she explains.

Best Crew Length Pilates Socks: IrisBear Non-Slip Socks

Good for: People who want on-trend crew socks for Pilates

Best Calf Height

IrisBear non-slip Athletic Socks

GGR Score: 4.5 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Striped crew socks
  • Non-slip hexagon patterned bottom
  • Designed for use in pilates
  • Can be used for yoga or other floor exercises

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Much more affordable than competitors
  • Available in 8 colors
  • Machine washable
  • Available in packs of 1, 2, and 3

Cons

  • One size fits all with limited size range of women’s 5-9
  • Thin and not durable according to customer reviews
  • Mixed reviews on fit

Bottom Line

Irisbear Pilates socks are a typical striped crew sock with a hexagon shaped non-slip bottom. Customer reviews were mixed. They liked that the socks were extremely affordable and looked like typical crew socks. However, many struggled with the one size fits all fit and didn’t find the socks grippy enough.

If you’re a millennial (like me) and you’re looking to ditch your ankle-length socks of the 2000s for Gen Z’s much trendier crew socks, the IrisBear non-slip yoga socks are budget-friendly and fashionable. The silicone grippers on the bottom provide traction for activities like Pilates and yoga.

I personally tested the IrisBear socks and ordered a 3-pack from Amazon, which only set me back $10. The 3-pack I ordered came with a pair of white, black, and pink socks, but there are a few other colorway options, as well.

I think these will get a seal of approval from all ages as they are very “on-trend” with current athleisure fashion. IrisBear socks are crew length with two solid stripes around the calf, which may be trendy right now, but it’s also a classic look. I scored these 5 out of 5 stars for appearance.

For workout performance, these IrisBear socks earn another 5-star rating with a solid grip on wood floors and other slick surfaces. However, I will admit the silicone grips are a bit bulbous under your feet, which I found took a little getting used to at first. I will add that I have tried wearing them in shoes, which I don’t recommend unless it’a pair of slides or one the best recovery shoes that you plan on wearing to and from Pilates classes.

Additionally, the compression around the calf was pretty tight on me. I don’t have particularly large calves, so I can imagine folks with larger, muscular calves may have a hard time pulling these crew length socks on. But because these were pretty tight, they didn’t slip down or bunch up at all.

Best Toe Grip Pilates Socks: Gaiam Full Toe Socks

Good for: Folks who prefer a five-toe, glove-like sock

Best Toe Grip

Gaiam Grippy Full Toe Socks

GGR Score: 3.8 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Toe socks with grip along sole foot and on each individual toe
  • Designed for yoga, hot yoga, barre, ballet and dance
  • Features five-toe traction

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Grip across sole and along toes
  • Available in multiple sizes

Cons

  • Air dry- not recommended to put in the dryer
  • Only available in black
  • Expensive at over $15 per pair of socks
  • Customer reviews found the toes too short and uncomfortable

Bottom Line

Gaiam Yoga Socks feature 5 individual toes and silicone grips along the sole of the sock. Customers that had never worn toe socks needed some time to adjust to the new style of sock. Customer reviews were generally positive, but some customers found the toes too short making the sock uncomfortable.

Anyone looking for Pilates socks with a five-toe design will adore these Gaiam Full Toe Socks. You’ll not only have a glove-like fit around each individual toe, you’ll have silicone grips under each toe, too.

I tested these five-toe socks and surprisingly liked them for yoga, mobility, and other floor exercises. I don’t think most Pilates and yoga enthusiasts will go for this style, but for the few that do, this is a solid option.

I think these five-toe socks are especially great for anyone who is trying to increase foot strength or awareness. The individual five-toe design made me aware of how I was applying pressure to my toes and through the rest of my foot. I scored these 4.5 out of 5 stars for workout performance.

RELATED: Down Dog App Review

When it comes to appearance, I have to admit these look a bit silly. I scored the Gaiam Full Toe Socks 3 out of 5 stars in this category.

These socks earn another 3 out of 5 stars for fit and compression. There is only one size available, which will likely work for a variety of people based on the stretchy cotton material, but the length of each toe might not work for all feet.

Additionally, if you struggle with mobility, these are not the socks for you—it takes a bit of effort and fine motor skills to get your toes in each glove-like compartment. You also won’t find any compression in these socks, as it’s a pretty basic cotton blend without arch support. I personally didn’t mind the lack of compression because most of my workout socks are standard thin cotton.

Best No-Show Pilates Socks: Ozaiic Yoga Socks with Straps

Good for: Anyone looking for a low-profile ballet-style sock for Pilates

Best No-Show

Ozaiic Yoga Socks

GGR Score: 4.5 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Ballet inspired grip socks for yoga, pilates, and dance
  • Elastic straps to keep socks secure
  • SilicaGel grips and cushioned sole
  • Available in 18 colors and patterns

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Available in 1, 2, and 3 packs
  • Wide variety of colors and patterns available
  • Machine washable
  • More affordable than competitors

Cons

  • One Size fits all - only covers women’s sizes 5.5-11
  • Elastic straps around ankle tend to disconnect according to reviews
  • Customer reviews struggled with fit

Bottom Line

The Ozaiic Yoga Socks use a ballet inspired design that features elastic bands crossing the front of the foot to keep the sock in place. Customer reviews shared that the elastic becomes disconnected from the sock and some found it uncomfortable. There were also issues with sizing, the sock is one size fits all and many customers did not achieve a good fit. Customers did like the thickness of the sock and said the grip was effective.

Ozaiic Yoga Socks are ideal for anyone who prefers no-show or low-profile socks. These Ozaiic socks have a patented design featuring a ballet-inspired criss-cross elastic band over the top of the foot.

Frieda Johson, GGR editor and expert product tester, ordered a 2-pack of Ozaiic socks from Amazon for $14.99 and says they are nice-looking socks for Pilates and yoga. She also notes there are quite a few patterns and colors to choose from. Frieda scored the appearance 5 out of 5 stars for the patented Ozaiic socks.

For performance, she gave the socks a 3.5 out of 5 stars. “I noticed my feet slipping inside the socks for some yoga poses like three-legged dog and warrior. It wasn’t enough to make me lose my footing, but it did make those poses more challenging,” she explains.

The Ozaiic sock earned a 5-star rating for fit and compression. “They fit very well, especially for a one-size-fits-all product,” says Frieda. “However, I wear women’s 10.5, which is larger than average, so they may not fit as well for people with small feet.”

When it comes to the fabric and durability, she scored the socks 4 out of 5 stars. While the cotton socks are well constructed for the price, Frieda is unsure about the elastic straps. “The straps only have a single row of stitches between the elastic and cotton. I could see this as a potential weak point that may tear with repeated use, but so far I’ve had no issues,” says Frieda.

Best Toeless Pilates Socks: Gaiam Grippy Toeless Socks

Good for: Folks shopping for toeless socks for the ultimate grip

Best Toeless

Gaiam Grippy Toeless Socks

GGR Score: 3.8 starstarstarstarstar

Product Highlights

  • Grip socks with an open toe design
  • Silicone grips on the bottom
  • Designed for barre, hot yoga, pilates, etc.
  • Toeless design for improved feel
  • Cross straps to secure socks

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • More affordable than competitors
  • Machine wash and dry
  • Customers liked the appearance/style

Cons

  • Only available in one color
  • Customer reviews found them difficult to put on/take off
  • One size fits most - largest size women’s 10/ men’s 9
  • Customer reviews shared the design cut off circulation around toes

Bottom Line

The Gaiam Grippy Toeless socks keep your toes free to allow for a better feel when practicing yoga and pilates. Customers generally liked the socks but had difficulty getting them on and off, citing the individual toes and the cross straps on the top. They also said the socks would dig into the spaces between their toes cutting off circulation and causing discomfort when worn for extended periods.

Gaiam not only manufactures a five-toe sock, the brand also has toeless socks. Gaiam Grippy Toeless Socks are ideal if you want the grippiness of a Pilates sock while maintaining full freedom of your toes.

I tested these (in addition to the five-toe Gaiam socks) and enjoyed this version a bit more. However, the unique design still earns a moderate 3.5-star rating. Neither style has compression, but this fit may work for more people. The top of the sock has an open strappy design that wasn’t super tight on me, which indicates that it will work well for larger feet and folks with high arches.

Much like the Ozaiic Yoga Socks Frieda tested, these have a similar strappy design. Although I haven’t worn the Gaiam toeless socks enough to see wear and tear, I can imagine the straps will be a weak point that could snag or fray during use or in the wash. For this reason, I scored Gaiam socks 4 out of 5 in the durability category.

When I put these toeless socks to the test, I was actually shocked how much I liked them. I scored these Gaiam socks 4.5 out of 5 stars for workout performance. The ability to have your toes exposed and gripping the floor (or your yoga mat) made me feel more grounded than other socks I tried. I think it may even offer a better grip, too.

Before buying this toeless style sock, you may need to check with your Pilates instructor if you take in-person classes. This sock will have your toes exposed and many studios have students wear socks for health and hygiene reasons, not just traction.

Other Pilates Socks We Tested

  • Athleta Performance Pilates Grips Socks: I personally tested these socks and thought the cushion was really nice, but as soon as I started walking around or planting my feet for a yoga move, I noticed my feet moved around inside the sock much more than some of the other socks I tested.

How We Picked and Tested

Our testers use an in-depth fitness equipment testing methodology specially catered to the type of product we test. In other words, the metrics we use to score a treadmill are different from the metrics we use to score a pair of running shoes.

For Pilates socks, we used our athletic socks testing criteria to score 1 to 5 stars on the following categories:

  • Price: Our research indicates workout-specific socks generally range from $15 to $30 per pair. Our testers scored socks with our highest score if they were priced under $18.
  • Fit and compression: Socks with multiple sizes, stretchy materials, seamless toe box, and compression through the arch scored higher than socks without those features.
  • Appearance: Although this category is subjective, our testers considered if a pair of socks offered a flattering, modern design with multiple colorways.
  • Fabric and durability: For workout socks, our testers scored socks with synthetic fibers or wool higher for moisture wicking properties and durability, versus cotton.
  • Workout performance: A pair of socks had to stay in place and help wick sweat to earn our highest scores.
  • Customer service: Low scores were given to brands that were challenging to work with, don’t offer returns, and ordering was a challenge.
  • Customer reviews: Our testers consider the overall rating from customer reviews and take into account common complaints and compare them to their own experience.

Benefits of Pilates Socks

In a Pilates or yoga studio with shared floor space and Pilates reformers, some management may require members to wear socks. This is likely for hygiene reasons and offers a barrier between your feet and shared equipment and floor space.

Instead of wearing a pair of regular cotton socks that may cause you to slip around on floors, yoga mats, or a pilates reformer, a pair of grippy socks adds traction under foot. Grippy socks have even been used in hospital settings to help prevent falls1 in older adults.

What to Look for in Pilates Socks

  • Height: Your personal preferences will determine if you buy a no-show, ankle, crew, or an over-the-calf length pair of socks.
  • Grippy pattern: From our testing experience, a full-foot of silicone grippers works the best. At minimum, look for socks with silicone grips under the ball of the foot and heel.
  • Compression: Targeted compression around the arch of your foot in a Pilates sock may help support your arch and keep the sock in place while doing floor exercises, yoga, dance, or Pilates.
  • Cushion: Too much cushion may leave room for your foot to move around within the sock. Targeted cushion or minimal cushion is ideal for Pilates socks.

Best Pilates Socks: FAQs

What is the best material for Pilates socks?

Our testers suggest opting for a pair of Pilates socks made from a synthetic blend for ultimate breathability and moisture wicking capabilities. You’ll also want silicone grips on the bottoms for better traction during Pilates exercise.

Are Pilates socks worth it?

For anyone who visits a Pilates studio and is required to wear socks, a pair of Pilates-specific socks are worth it to reduce slipping and sliding while exercising. However some folks who work out at home may prefer to go barefoot.

What should I look for in Pilates socks?

According to our expert testers, a Pilates sock should be made from breathable materials, have multiple size options, offer some amount of compression, and feature a grippy pattern that covers at least the heel and ball of your foot.
